School Examination Pattern

ASSESSMENT & EXAMINATION PROCEDURE FOR JUNIOR SCHOOL

FOR CLASSES PRE-NURSERY, NURSERY, KG, AND I
No formal examination will be held for these classes. The school will follow a system of continuous comprehensive evaluation through a checklist of assignments and observational activities in order to develop a sense of curiosity and the desire to explore.

For Class II :

The school will follow a system of continuous comprehensive evaluation through assignments and observational activities.

For Classes IV & V :

The school will conduct one unit test of 20 marks for each subject in both the terms. At the end of each term, an exam of 50 marks for each subject will be conducted.

5 marks for Internal assessment/project will also be awarded for each term. The final result will be calculated out of 150 marks.

Term I   =    20 + 5 + 50 = 75 marks         
Term II  =    20 + 5 + 50 = 75 marks
