CLASS IV PRESENTATION
“HANNAH IN NASALAND”
The world of stars, Moon and Sun fascinates all of us. We always appreciate the beauty of a star studded sky and are inquisitive about what lies beyond planet Earth.
As students, we do learn a lot through our course books but there is still a lot more to learn. This curiosity motivated the students of class IV to research deeper into the topic and gather as much information as possible through various sources.
With the help of their facilitators, the students gained knowledge about various facts on space. They understood the launching and working of satellites, they learnt about the survival of astronauts in space. Spaceships, rockets and many other complicated machines now seemed to be simpler. The students also gathered information on how the scientists work in organizations like NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and our very own ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization).
The completion and success of various space missions could be understood by these little scientists.
This entire learning experience was put forward in the form of a presentation by the students of class IV on the 24th of December 2014.
The students were appreciated and applauded by our Principal, Mrs. Neeti. C. Kaoshik and their own parents who were present there to witness this spectacular show. The presentation was followed by an interactive session with the parents who shared their views on the events. The students also felt elated to receive such an overwhelming response. Overall class IV presentation was surely a feast to the eyes of the audience
