Our school had a fantabulous ending of the year with the Christmas Celebrations held on 23rd December, 2011. To enhance literary and verbal skills, we organized Inter House Spellathon. All the students enthusiastically waited for this day. Preparations for the competition commence one moth in advance. The house teachers familiarized the children with the different rounds of the competition. All the participants tried to give their best. The hall echoed with lot of cheering and applause. Initially, there was a tie between Topaz, Sapphire and Ruby house. Finally, there was a tie-breaker round and Topaz house emerged as the winner.

As it was Friday and Christmas Eve just around the corner on Dec 25th, so all the children organised a Christmas party. The amphitheatre came alive with Christmas Carols and foot-tapping performances followed by Santa Claus who visited the children with plenty of sweets. To everybody’s surprise, a Lucky draw was organized by the school for all the classes. Our Principal Ma’am took names of lucky ones from each class who were given Santa’s gift. Children bid each other good bye with Merry Christmas!
