Class Presentations
CLASS II Presentation Held on 10.08.2010
“FESTIVALS OF INDIA”
A presentation was given by the students of class II on the theme “Festivals of India”. All students were given organised material to act upon the theme and present it in front of the Parents. Students were dressed up very nicely as per the festival theme they were representing.
A presentation was made which was displayed on screen while the children were enacting the script. A student also recited the Paath – Satnaam Waheguru on the casio. Beautiful charts were prepared showcasing the different aspects of each festival and were displayed behind the group of children performing on the stage. The children explained the culture of India and how each festival is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm. Hundred percent participation was appreciated by one and all. Each group represented their own festival in a very special way. Students were very dedicated in making the presentation a success. All parents were pleased with the effort and enjoyed every minute of the presentation. Principal Mrs. Neetii C. Kaoushik gave blessings and congratulated the students for putting a lot of hard work in making the presentation a grand Success.
Class III Presentation
“OUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY-INDIA”
A spell bound, presentation was given by the students of class III. The topic was our beautiful country – India. The day began with a brief introduction about the location, different landforms and divisions of India into various states and Union Territories with the help of posters, charts and power point presentation.
Further the class presentation focused on India’s four metropolitan cities depicting its location, climate, festivals, popular monuments and tourist spots. The manner in which the students displayed their knack at presenting the facts was unmatchable. The presentation, no doubt, increased the confidence level of the children and boosted up their morale. The enthusiastic parents also appreciated the hard work put in by the students and wished them plenty of success in their future endeavours. School Principal Mrs. Neetii C. Kaoushik also applauded the efforts and exhibited her happiness over the grand success of the presentation.
The programme was an overwhelming success and no doubt it enhanced the confidence and communication skills of the students which is essential for the overall development of the children.
Formation of seasons
The student of Class IV showcased their performance on “Formation of seasons” on 25 th oct’ 10. All the students of the class participated and worked like a team. The presentation included experiments on formation of day and night, solar eclipse and lunar eclipse. Charts related to the topic were displayed in the science laboratory. Some focal points of the presentation included- use of smart board and E-pathshala by the students, performing experiments and explanation of various charts etc. It was a great show put up by the students and was highly appreciated by the parents and Principal Ma’am.
Report on Class-Presentation
On 28thOctober’2010, class-V showcased a ‘Class-Presentation’ on the topic ‘Pollution and Caring for the Environment’. All the students of class-V participated in the presentation. The purpose was to develop awareness about the day by day increasing pollution, its effects and suggestion of possible solutions. The students had also prepared PPT, models and charts for better understanding of the disheartening condition of the Earth. The presentation was applauded by the parents. The Principal Ms Neetii.C. Koushik motivated and appreciated the efforts of the students.
